"The Sexpert" is a TV pilot comedy written, produced, directed, edited, and starring Sophia Roth about four college seniors navigating their friendships and love lives amidst today's hookup culture. The story is a modern day tribute to Sex and the City, specifically Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte, and Miranda, the women who forever changed the way female friendships, and sex, were portrayed on television. Involving over 20+ Duke students as actors, crew members, and extras, this project shows power in collaboration and the incredible resources within reach through the Arts at Duke.
